Working Ways to Stop Hitting the Snooze
A) Start is the Plan Itself
You think that the day which began with snoozing will be a productive one? The thing we do first in the day reflects in our every activity. The start is the toughest but the central part of any work. We keep waiting for the plan to start something new but our action is the plan. Act and the plan will appear to you. Start it, be it walking if you want to jog, be it reading a page daily you want to start reading a book. Start waking up just half an hour early. Do anything no matter how small it is. Just remember that the tiniest of beginning have gigantic outcomes.
B) Learn About the Achievers and Find Your style
Go beyond your style and learn about the habits and techniques of great achievers. Try and modify them. For example, some people find exercising at morning more productive, but some get nauseous while exercising in the morning. So find what suits you best. Find whether you work your best at morning or night. Find your habits and then give your 101% percent in optimizing your style.
C) If Six Hours Passed Get Motivation Fast
To keep the warrior in you energized get motivation after every 6 hours. Be it reading your plan reading or a book, watching a video or talking to someone inspiring. You cannot be a winner with half-filled motivation source, better keep it full.

D) Delay Gratification
Do not do your favorite task as soon as you wake up. Reserve it, for the time you are tired, do it at that point. Feel energy boosting yourself then. Start the day with the toughest task and end it with your favorite one. This postponement will give you energy and momentum for the next day.
E) Write Your Heart Down
Write about the necessity and benefits of starting a new habit. Write about the day when you have attained your goals and what you did for gaining it. Start making those habits. It would not be easy, but it is not easy to be a winner either. Writing will imprint those patterns in your mind and make their execution easy.
F) Be Easy and Then Harsh
In the starting be easy on you. “Do the things a little less than you think you are capable of.” This will give you hunger to do more the next time you are doing it” as Sandeep Maheshwari has said. Initially, take the small steps because the person who eats butter chicken sleep cannot change it to the salad in one day. But once you are in the game do more. Start waking up early. Run a kilometer more. This would keep the fire in your alive and help you in expanding your limits.
